FIRST VISIT INFORMATION

What to expect at your first appointment

The office is wheelchair accessible, and parking is available in front of the building.

Arriving

Arrive at your scheduled appointment time or no more than five to ten minutes early.

Checking in

Enter through the front entrance and check in with the receptionist. No paperwork is currently required before the massage.

Before the massage

Laura will ask about problem areas, preferred pressure, the experience you want, and areas to emphasize or avoid.

Preparing for the massage

Laura will step out while you undress to your level of comfort and get underneath the sheet and blanket on the massage table.
